Your digital download

Mum & Me products are digital cooking, baking and activity PDFs. Nothing will be posted to you. Individual treat packs and recipe packs download as PDFs. Each complete bundle includes a ZIP of its files and a combined PDF. Sweet Little Memories and Little Hands, Homemade Staples are separate collections; your receipt provides the collection or recipe pack you purchased. You will need a device that opens PDFs and, for the ZIP, a way to unzip files. You can read PDFs on screen or print the paper size supplied with your product. The revised story and learning packs include A4 and US Letter layouts, Metric and US recipe editions, an illustrated storybook and matching activities with answers; their complete files are also in a ZIP.

After Stripe confirms your card payment, your private receipt page provides download links for your purchase. Download and save your files, then bookmark the receipt page. Its link gives access to your order, so keep it private and share it only within your household. We also send the private receipt link to the email used at checkout after payment is confirmed. Keep that email so you can reopen your downloads. The free recipe, storybook and learning pack is available after an adult joins our marketing list and confirms their email. We email its private link. Unsubscribing later does not remove the earned pack. Individual file links expire for security; reopen your receipt or recover an earned free-pack link to get a fresh link.

Trouble downloading or printing?

Email support@mumand.me with your checkout email address, order reference if available, and a description of the problem. Include an error message or screenshot if helpful. Never send your full card number or card security code.

Our happy baking promise: if a file will not open or print properly, get in touch and we will fix it or refund you. Your mandatory consumer rights always apply.

Refunds and your consumer rights

If the digital product has a major problem, you can choose a refund or replacement. For a smaller problem, we can first correct the file or restore access within a reasonable time. Other remedies, including compensation, may apply under the law that governs your purchase.

A change-of-mind refund depends on the applicable law. Any mandatory cooling-off or cancellation right remains available; downloading alone does not waive it. Please contact us if you selected the wrong pack or placed a duplicate order; we will consider the circumstances. This does not limit your rights for faults, missing files, non-delivery or content that does not match its description, or our happy baking promise.

We may ask for proof of purchase so we can find and assess your order. Where a refund is due, it will be returned to the original payment method unless we agree otherwise with you. Read more about refunds and consumer remedies at the ACCC.
